Hii,i get an error when i want to transfer tokens to cash

Hii sorry for bothering you,for a few days when i click to transfer tokens to click i always receive an error.It never happened this before in the last 6-7 years not sure what s the problem.I made a ticket but no answer yet.

Username is chrisstop18

This is the error i receive:
  • Unable to cashout. Contact support if the problem continues.

I made a ticket 2 days ago but still no answer and i don t know what to do now,if i should keep working or wait to be fixed before
