How can i get my account back who i already use for 13-14 years . Because of a strange visitor in my chatroom account has been banned

Dear Chaturbate Support Team,

I am writing to provide crucial context regarding the recent suspension of my account. I have already submitted a contact form, but I want to clarify the exact timeline of the interaction that likely triggered your automated safety filters.I was approached by a user who claimed to be 19 years old in my chatroom . However, during the conversation, this user started asking highly inappropriate questions about 14-year-olds and later claimed to be 14.I want to emphasize the following facts, which can all be verified in your chat logs:

Immediate Rejection & Warning:

As soon as the user brought up the age of 14, I repeatedly rejected their questions. I explicitly warned them that their behavior was illegal and completely unacceptable.

Refusal to Move Off-Platform:

The user repeatedly pressured me to share my Snapchat username to continue the conversation elsewhere. I strictly refused to give out my contact details or move off the platform.

Impossibility of Age Verification:

As a regular user and broadcaster , I have no way of verifying the true identity or age of the person behind the screen. I do not know if I was speaking to a 14-year-old who bypassed your age filters, a 19-year-old trying to entrap me, or an adult scammer attempting a sextortion plot.I acted entirely in good faith that it was not likely that a 14 year old boy could visit the chaturbate platform and defended the law and Chaturbate’s terms of service by shutting down the conversation and refusing to cooperate. I wasn't aware it was possible for a minor to access the platform by bypassing age verification and thus interact with broadcasters; I therefore assumed that the visitor in my chatroom was an adult (18+). In my tags i use the word "daddy" , because i am an older broadcaster , i'm 47 , but not with the intention of attracting minors . So "daddy" refers to my age . I have zero tolerance for minors on adult platforms.Please review the full chat history of this interaction. The logs will prove that I am the one who rejected the advances and warned the other user.I kindly request you to reinstate my account after reviewing these facts. I'm already a regular user and broadcaster for 13 or 14 years without any problems what-so-ever on your platform . It can't be possible that i will loose my account because visiter to my chatroom approched me with questions i didn't even wanted . I'm not intrested in minors , they have to be 18 for sure ......

I already contacted support 2 weeks ago with their contact form , and a week ago i sent an email directly to chaturbate support team , but so far no answer yet .

What you had to do was report and ban the user not continue to engage them.

I know , in all those years i streaming on the platform i never had such visitors so at that moment i didn't think on reporting him . I realize that this is my misstake but on the other hand it is him who was there with eligal intentions , not me ... so the broadcasters should be more protected against such users . He schould be banned , not the broadcasters he approached .....

Nope. The broadcaster has more responsibility than anyone else on the site to ban and report the user breaking the law.
