How long does it take to get a response from CB

I recently had a bad expierence during a pvt and filed a ticket to the chaturbate. They responded with:
"We’ve received your message and are working to assist you as quickly as possible."

Can anyone tell me how long this can take? Its been 7 days without an response?

Yep sure can, they'll answer when they answer. You're requesting a refund, so expect to be at the least priority of tickets.

I usually get a response within 48 hours. CB tend to be quite responsive in my experience
