Over 8 for two (@galactic6 and @The Trober) with nearly 8 years for @JohnnyAb. Those are the most notable long-lived 'Landers.
Majority of my regularest regulars started hanging in AmberLand in 2011.
For the most part things have been peachy with all the regulars. Trober was banned for a while for being an attention whore (he knows this and we now joke about that period of time) and some regulars have taken little breaks where I wonder what's up, but overall things have been lovely.

My longest reg has been around since I started, soooo....a lot of years. We’ve never had a fight or squabbled about anything. He disappears for a while sometimes but we always find our way back to each other. He’s supported me throughout university and always been a really kind, fun dude to know. Provided things stay as peachy as they are now, I’d keep him as a friend if I completely cut myself off from the cam world.

Am always amazed with how easily something that seems so broken can be fixed; alternatively how easily something that is going so well can suddenly break.

We've stayed friends and sometimes I get paranoid if I stop talking to him for *free* on Twitter he might out me.

He's still a top tipper in my room which I'm so grateful for. I've had to ask him politely to stop using my real name in private messages especially on mfc and he said ok.

No squabbles or anything but it's hard for me to establish personal boundaries for myself with them because I'm scared.

I have one that I have known since my first week on cam. A few from my first month. A good handful from my first year. All that I often chat with on Twitter.

A few visit me in my SM chat, but SM is not a good "chatting" site. Due to that they'll usually type with me via dm's to pass the boredom when I'm not as busy and they tip for various reasons through other sites (they prefer the higher percentage).

Those guys are mainly back from my MFC days. Lots of them tip because they like me. Some do shows off site. Every one of them made an account with every camsite I've been on. I think I have cammed on a total of 7 sites at this point...yeesh. Yeah bless those troopers.

From the other side: I have been a regular for my best online friend since my first week on MFC in January, 2013. I used to tip a lot more than I do now, but that's because my finances are not as good as they once were, not because of any squabbles. Not that we always agree, but friends always work out differences. We sometimes talk on the phone when I am in her country but most often we talk on Skype. I used to send her small gifts from time to time until some asshole she trusted betrayed her trust and now she won't share her current address. I'm sure I know more of her personal information than anyone else but there is nothing she could ever say or do that would make me out her or betray her trust.
