Hello @punker barbie I tried verifying my account using National ID and got rejected but my friend she use national ID too and she streaming now in chaturbate its been 2 months for me if you see image below i got approved but only one got denied and now my account is ineligible i don't know what to do because support never reply to me hope you can help me this time i really hope you notice me

From the provided screenshot, there appears to be nothing wrong with the identification, but the individual is not allowed to broadcast on the platform. Has the individual had a previous account that was banned?
