Token freezes are generally fraud investigations and they generally do not answer you until they are done investigating.

Creating multiple threads here will not make things faster, in fact it may slow down things.
You've also created multiple usernames here on the forum for the exact same issue. This does not help.
Stick to your original thread that you created. Not a new thread for every new thought that pops up.
Token issues can take a while as mentioned above

I'm a well-established model in my Chaturbate category. I'm sure this isn't an investigation into my tokens because I earn them in public shows.

I've been waiting for a response on the forum for over a week, and they've simply ignored me. It's frustrating, especially when I've been working on my account for a long time and this happens.

They definitely do and can. A well established model who has been with Cb for many years got suspended and investigated because a random new user went to her room, tipped her about 4 or 5k tokens. And they told her "not to let it happen". I mean, what? How? How can you know what other members are being fraudulent... she was scared to accept large tokens from people after that. So, unfortunately it does happen.

Una modelo consolidada que lleva muchos años en Cb fue suspendida e investigada porque un nuevo usuario entró en su habitación y le dio una propina de 4000 o 5000 tokens. Y le dijeron que "no permitiera que eso pasara". ¿Qué? ¿Cómo? ¿Cómo puedes saber qué otros miembros están siendo fraudulentos? Después de eso, tenía miedo de aceptar grandes cantidades de tokens. Así que, por desgracia, sí pasa.

Esa es la diferencia. Puedo transferir con normalidad. Cuando contacté con soporte, les comenté que tenía una restricción y que no podía retirar mis tokens. Me respondieron: "No tienes ninguna restricción. Dime cómo podemos ayudarte". Les expliqué con más detalle con una captura de pantalla, pero no me respondieron.

It's a standard template email, everyone in your situation would get the same reply.

You or someone who tipped you is being investigated for fraud. Your only option and I cannot stress this enough is to wait for a reply from CB after the investigation is complete.

Because that's the only reason this happens. If it were a simple TOS violation you would have received a ban. If it were an egregious violation, a permanent ban.

They're allowing you to earn while investigating. Which may ultimately turn into a ban.

We are telling you it's a fraud investigation, we are not here to argue with you or to convince you. If you don't want to believe what we are telling you then don't and just wait for support to respond to you when the imaginary investigation that's not happening is finished.
