I have not been able to cash out since 1st Period of November (tried on November 15th, assume the issue started earlier). Ive messaged Chaturbate support the next day. the last time I've got an answer from the support was November 17th, 2025 at 10:06:03PM UTC, saying that "This issue should now be resolved".
But, in fact it was NOT resolved. I've sent an answer saying that and ever since I've got no answers back.
I assumed they just busy and it takes more time, so I waited, only on December 1st (after 2 periods not being able to get cashed out) I've sent another new message (twice, one via "send feedback" button with a screenshot attached, another via "support" button at the bottom of the page), still no answers since then (except an automated confirmation that the message has been received)
Please help me!!
