I got banned

I got banned forever from Stripchat for accepting payment outside the platform .
I did accept them paying just by words because i know it's just how users are or say.
I was not even really waiting for a payment as i know the sites rules very well.
what should i do to make things right ?

this is the only source of income for me and my family.
