I have a problem 2400 was withdrawn

I accidentally clicked on "private" and the site stopped working after two minutes. I stopped using private, and 2400 tokens were withdrawn. Can I get them back?

There's an automatic withdrawal function in private, you'll probably get a courtesy refund if it was a true glitch. If you left the private knowing the conditions of the session then probably not.

How can it be an accident when you actually have to hit the go private button 2 times? Once under the screen and then the pop up where it tells you the price and minimum minutes if any.

If you stopped it after 2 minutes and there was a minimum number of minutes it will take the tokens. Now you say the site stopped working so you may get your tokens back if CB sees that the problem was on their end
