I received a permanent ban because of a purple member who told me in a PM that he was 17 years old, I didn't have time to react because Chaturbate immediately banned me because of him. Why was I banned and he didn't suffer anything. Where is the justice in all this? Why was I banned when I didn't do anything wrong? I don't think it's fair what Chaturbate is doing!

wild_jax but i have alos new accounts who was been ban jax_wild1 and jack_93z is the usernames, I don't understand why I'm banned because of someone else and why I'm always banned regardless of whether I have a model or member account!!! Why am I being personally attacked!!! If they have a personal problem with me, why don't they communicate it to me? Why do they keep ignoring me? Can this problem be solved once and for all, or am I just playing a joke on them?

Whether a model or member, when an account is banned it is the person that's being banned. Any new accounts that person attempts to open will also be banned.

hey punker barbie You understand that they banned me permanently, and I had no fault, I was not guilty of anything! And that they also banned my member accounts, not just the model ones! Nothing was solved, I am still banned, why? when I really did nothing wrong, when someone else hurt me! Does the support team understand that they are already mocking me !! I have explained to them so many times that I did nothing wrong and did not agree with that member, so why are they still attacking me? When I am innocent ! The support team is mocking me, ignoring me, sending me short messages without providing a solution. Why am I not being listened to? Why am I not being helped? What's the real problem here? When I didn't even do anything!!!! Can you answer me if you are in contact with them? Let's be honest, or can't you? What's going on with the support team at Chaturbate that they react like this?
