I have uploaded my proof of address many times and you still rejecting it

I’m really frustrated and hoping someone here can help or advise me.

I’ve been trying multiple times to verify my address on my Streamate account, but it keeps getting rejected with the message: “Document cannot be verified.” I’ve already uploaded different documents, including a bank statement and a bill within the required 90 days, but nothing is being accepted.

Now I’m on (2/3) attempts and I’m worried my account might be closed if this continues.

My details are correct and match my documents, so I don’t understand what the issue could be. I’m based in Kenya (Thika Town), and I’m wondering if maybe the format of documents here is causing the problem?

Has anyone else experienced this? What documents worked for you, especially if you’re outside the US or in Africa?

Any help or guidance would really mean a lot right now.

I ended up like that too. I uploaded a receipt for paying for the waste at the City Hall. It states my name and address and payment. I was told that they take a receipt for the waste. They still gave me the same problem that the address could not be verified.

Otherwise, I had the same problem on Paxum that I had to upload an address. So I used the document that I uploaded on Streamate and Paxum approved the document without any problems.

Which document do you use

The document that the City Hall prints for me for paying for the garbage. But Streamate rejected it.
