I recently deactivated my stripchat user account to take a short break. However, I forgot to link my email address to it and now there is not way for me to recover it. I have contact customer support and it's been 4 days now. They asked me to upload my card that I used and I did but they keep replying back saying that the name and number are not available when it clearly is. Please I need help getting my account back.
