Donuts and Noodles are my Achilles' heel when it comes to food with high carbs. I soooo feel ya one this one. I started Insanity last week, I'm trying to eat more protein and less carbs, but it's friggin' hard. Long story short... I too miss donuts.DaddyDominant said:Donut.
Started a low carb diet last week....and this week I'm avoiding as many carbs as possible AND trying to watch my fat intake.
I miss donuts....that is all.
I have 'realistic' wishes. Plus, $200 is all I need to get done what I need done. :mrgreen:curvyredhead said:Rose said:Two hundred dollars and a slimmer waist.

I'm glad Krispy Kreme is so far away, but I'm also alarmed that distance meant nothing when we both wanted a donut.
I think in reality I could easily out eat the calories reduced by getting there on foot. :geek:yossarian said:LacieLaPlante said:The other day my boyfriend and I took a 45 minute drive to get Krispy Kremes .. It was worth it, I think.

If you walked there and back, it wouldn't matter how many donuts you ate.
