easy.. just make a great recipe you already know and have tried out.. then simply mail it in bubble wrap if its breakable..... 3 day express or priority mail, but be sure to allow for postage costs as well in your tokenage allowance.

Many baked goods do very well first tissue wrapped then placed in a tin. I used to receive baked goods regularly when I was in the service, and found that some of what I was sent had become better than fresh after a week in the mail. :lol:
