One thing I'd keep in mind is that creating another account (tonymontanna01) generally doesn't resolve an existing ban (couplaloverz) or the circumstances that led to it. Platform enforcement isn't necessarily limited to a particular username or account; it can potentially follow the individual behind the account as well.
So if someone has been banned and then creates or uses another account, that doesn't necessarily mean the original issue has been avoided, and the additional account could potentially be restricted too.
If the original ban was a mistake, or there are circumstances that deserve another review, I'd suggest going through the platform's support/appeal process rather than trying to resolve it by creating another account. Ultimately, only the platform can determine whether they're willing to review or reinstate the account.
