iam facing problem in model account for approval

hi,

Good afternoon...iam facing problem in model account for
approval.....my id named as aashvii. the first id proof i have
uploaded (voter id) it got rejected.....and the second id i have
uploaded (aadhar) that one also rejected....her documents are totally
legal one in india...hence we are using for verification purpose in government sectors....i
dont no what the problem is and why i didn't get approved. please fix
this problem...as iam eagerly waiting to broadcast...
