i tried to age verify the account i created using the drivers license i just acquired solely for the purpose of age verifying my account since you dont accept our black n white ePhil ID.
However right after i uploaded my drivers license it was rejected right away and tagged

Decision details: You previously submitted documents with different information. No further applications will be accepted.

Which is very confusing, i have never ever created an account in your platform or used any of my identifications to be uploaded in your platform

Please help me.
I give my time, effort, money to provide myself a drivers license to be used as a verification document but it was just rejected it is making me anxious and sad

I had the same issue when I first started. I hope your able to resolve this with Stella.
