Hi @Stella_SC
I hope you can help me with a verification issue. Recently, I voluntarily deleted my old Stripchat account (I was not banned). Old username: MollyGraffa. I have not violated any rules. Later, I decided to return and created a new account. New username: Sellectrixx.
When I submit my documents for verification on the new account, I receive the following message: "We cannot verify your documents. All further applications from this person will be rejected."
Also, I am not receiving any emails regarding this.
Thank you very much in advance for your time and help!
