Dear legal@chartubate.com I have a very difficult situation, in 2023, someone who runs a studio wanted to employ me as a model, he applied passport for me, but unfortunately I got pregnant and I didn't work or open an account with them. Just the other day I wanted to start streaming but found out my passport got banned, but I have never opened account nor broadcasted. I think they used my passport to another person which made my passport got banned because I did not take my passport with me until I pay them the money they used to apply for it. I paid them the other day and found out I cannot stream. How can you help in this situation kindly . Note that I have never streamed in chartubate before.

Hello early in 2023, someone with a studio account wanted me to a model on her studio, we applied for passport for verification, but unfortunately I found out I was pregnant, so I didn't open account with them but I left my passport with them since I had not paid for the services of applications, I gave birth and I wanted to open account, after I paid them and they gave me my passport back. But unfortunately I found out my passport was bunned, I learned that they tried to verify another person with my passport, but unfortunately it got banned. I don't know the email they used nor the account name they used. Kindly can I get assistance to unbarn my passport because I am the real owner of the document and I have never streamed with chartubate before. Kindly
