images with links on chaturbate

hi,

some models on chaturbate have images with links that appear over top or just beside their video. They usually have symbols for twitter or their own website, and quite often a have dmca logo with link to dmca website. i can't find any instructions on the site on how this is done. does anyone know how to do it? is it some special arrangement they have with chaturbate?

I'm not positive if this is what you're looking for or not. It will allow you to add an image that you have uploaded to a site such as imgur. When a member clicks on the image, it will take them to the link. The "title wording" will also show up when they hover over the image.


Html coding: <a href="http://www.thelinkthatyouwant.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://yourimage.jpg" width="300" title="Twitter" /></a>



Change: "http://www.thelinkthatyouwant.com" to the web address that you want to send them to whether it's Twitter or whatnot.

Change: "http://yourimage.jpg" to your image address. If you use imgur, choose the direct link code for your image. (see image below)

You can adjust the width to make your image bigger or smaller. (example: change 300 to 700)

In the title where it says "Twitter" you can change it to whatever you want the text to say when a person hovers over the image.

I'm not sure what Chaturbate's rules are so make sure that linking is allowed first.

Yeah, that's the idea, but look at the image I have attached. This is the broadcast of Helloharley on Chaturbate. You can see that she has two images 'floating' over her video. One links to her Twitter and one links to her personal web page. Most models don't have these icons 'hovering' over their video, but some do. Those who do have very similar-looking or identical icons to one another. It seems to me that there is something going on that I am missing. I am not saying that I necessarily want to have these floating icons myself, but I'm just so curious about it because it's the only thing on Chaturbate that I don't understand. It's just kind of a mystery that I would like to solve. I have asked some of the models that I have seen who have these floating icons to tell me about them, but they don't respond to me. They all have hundreds or even thousands of people in their rooms at all times, so no wonder. Helloharley has over 2,000 people in her room as I write this.
