The will get back to you during the week, rarely do they work/reply weekends. Also 1-3+ days before they reply usually too. They will reply when they can

Hi. It wasn’t your fault, so please don’t blame yourself. There have been several posts on here about how Chaturbate’s site will “accidentally” switch to a higher token package when the member is trying to buy a cheaper token package. Then the member has to go through the trouble of getting a hold of CB to get their money refunded. I hope you get it refunded soon.
