No. It will be banned too. Even if you "delete" your banned account.

they sent me 2 warnings.
1st for sending photos of me where they said I was underage, but in reality I wasn't.
2nd because I wrote the word n****
I think I got banned because I insulted a model after she started insulting me by saying my mom was a whore.
After this I also started insulting her.
We will see

Yep that'll do it. Since they sent you two warnings that were ignored, it probably won't be overturned.

Your ban is tied to your legal name so any time you start a new account and upload payment info you'll be banned again.

the 1st warning was for mine photos. Do you think they will reply to me? Because when i write they are always fast.

They will reply to you but it could be 10 days from now. Don't change anything on your account for now.

If they hit you with a permaban there's nothing you can do but move on to another site and not repeat the same mistakes because all sites have the same policies when it comes to stuff like harassment, racial slurs, etc.

well even if it was your photos, if they have deemed them unfit for the site, that's just how it is.. My ban I have gotten once was also for an uploaded picture where they deemed it unfit for the site..

they can actually ban you for nothing if they want to, it's in the ToS..


There is something called "Right to erasure" what this means is that you can request ANY website to remove the data they have on you, if the data is no longer needed for the original intend of the website.
However, they have covered this in their Privacy policy very well, so since you are banned you can not request a FULL data deletion, you can read about this here:

(and a snippet of the Information deletion section that is pretty much a TL;DR)

If you don't get unbanned, you will not get the tokens back.. but then take it as a lesson to not use racial slurs and if someone on one of these sites start to harass you, don't do it back, just report and move on.. it's REALLY that easy, it's the internet, clicking report and moving on is as easy as closing a tab really..

I still use it.. over 7 years I have had one ban for a picture.. I just learned the lesson of how they are with pictures and moved on

I just requested it from Support, wrote them a nice mail and then asked Punker Barbie for help in here if they could speed it up, and then waited.. it can take some time I know how it is when you have tokens on the account. but REALLY it's at that point it's an even better lesson right

my mistake was that i wrote 2 request of support. i ask help to Punker barbie too
