Account banned new account not accepting ID verification

Hi there

My account on cb Geon2xx was banned for a nondiscolosed reason.
[6941W4-Z2WLD]

I have emailed them multiple times now and they haven't replied to tell me why i was banned or even if they can unban me.

I have now made attempts to create a new account geo666 which has been made but they are not verifying my account despite approving my driving licence ID.

I had previously used my passport which has expired now.

Your identity is banned, not just the account. Until original issue is dealt with you may not have any new accounts.

You need to wait for support to answer you on the original account
