Hello everyone,hope your day is going well, i ask this on behalf of a model that cant access internet right now but needs her account back, she started stream as usual but as she got asked the compliance image, her internet went out for half an hour and when it came back her account was flagged, she couldnt log in, and she contacted email support and they told her from their part that they indeed saw the image compliance wasnt correctly done, and thats all, no answer or solution to the problem. She has contacted support trough the form they have, and awaiting answer. I would appreciate any guidance in this case as its extremely important to her, and can't afford to lose her income. If there's any step she skipped or she can do to get the account back i'll gladly relay the message.
