It has now been approximately five years since my account was permanently suspended. During these years, I have contacted support multiple times hoping that my situation could be reviewed again. I understand that a significant amount of time has passed, but I am asking you to please give my case one more careful and, if possible, manual review.
The situation that led to my ban involved a colleague who had access to my account at the time. Without fully understanding the consequences, I allowed her access, and she attempted to submit her own documents through my account. This resulted in my account being permanently blocked.
I understand now that allowing another person to access my account was my responsibility and a serious mistake. I deeply regret it. However, I want to emphasize that I never intended to deceive the platform, impersonate another person, or deliberately violate its rules.
Five years have passed, and I am asking for an opportunity to start again and demonstrate that this situation will never be repeated. I am fully prepared to complete any identity verification required, provide my legitimate documents, and comply with all platform rules and verification procedures.
This opportunity would mean an enormous amount to me. I have children whom I need to provide for and prepare for school, and I also have rent and household expenses to cover. I am not mentioning this to avoid responsibility for what happened, but simply to explain why I am asking you so sincerely to consider giving me a second chance.
I respectfully ask that my case not be dismissed automatically because of the previous permanent decision. If possible, please escalate my request to a member of the appropriate team who can manually review the circumstances of my suspension.
