I'm writing to respectfully ask if you could help me with two of my Chaturbate accounts that were recently banned.
Over the past few days, my primary account was banned while I was only watching performers' broadcasts. I did not knowingly engage in any activity that would violate Chaturbate's Terms of Service, so I was very surprised to see that my account had been suspended.
My second account was also banned shortly after I purchased tokens. I had not even started watching any broadcasts before that account was blocked as well. This has left me very confused, as I have not been given any explanation for either suspension.
I have already sent several emails to Chaturbate Support but have not yet received a response explaining the reason for the bans. I would sincerely appreciate any assistance you can provide in helping me get both accounts reviewed and, if appropriate, reinstated. I would also be grateful to know the specific reason why the accounts were suspended so I can better understand the situation.
