Issues With Paxum

Ok, I'm wondering if anyone can give me a hand here, or if we have a rep here on ACF for Paxum that can help me out.
I'm trying to make an ECF transfer work. It's been declined 4 times and keeps coming back to my paxum account. Support has been absolutely useless and has just stopped replying to me without telling me what the issue is. Ready to tear my hair out because I'm Canadian and can't get my money any other way... Any ideas?

The eft probably won't end up working.
Paxum is garbage. Another Canadian model and I waited months for our money earlier this year. Order the card and wait the month+ it will take to arrive.

In the meantime switch to firstchoicepay if you can.

I have firstchoicepay but Pornhub doesn't offer them. I'm switching to checks and cancelling my paxum account. Fuck this. Their support just said "oh sorry try again." Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
