I've been on Stripchat for about 2 years now. In that time I've never encountered anything quite like this and I was looking for some advice on what to do.
A bit ago I talked with a model and tipped 80 tokens for a request. In the end she didn't really understand what I was asking and was pretty rude about it, so in the end I reported her (my first report ever) and my report was accepted. That is not the problem.
The problem came when my 80 tokens was refunded (which I did not ask for, but I'm certainly not mad at) and then the model sent me 10 rude messages in a row about me getting my tokens returned. In these messages she's very blatantly rude, condescending to me and calling me poor, saying my sex life is bad, and telling me I should seek professional help. I at this point had not private messaged her even once. All I did when I felt there was an issue is follow community guidelines and report her and not harass her or continue to engage.
When I reported these messages, both my reports and appeals were dismissed twice. I'm not quite sure what to do here. Obviously I can block her but I want to make sure she doesn't do this to other users, considering the fact that she's clearly remembering usernames and taking the time to send them 10 messages in a row to demean them when their tokens get refunded.
I'm, at a loss at what to do here. Please let me know if any of you have experienced something similar and let me know how you resolved it.
