The strange thing is that my document is verified and approved, but when I try to go live, it won't let me. Thx

Hi ambercutye, I had a problem with my Chaturbate account. A user claimed to be underage, so I immediately kicked him out of my room. However, the platform detected what he said, and the next day I saw that my accounts were banned. What can I do in this situation?
