jumio system won't upload my documents due to ban

hi dear @punker barbie ! On my account there is an opportunity to pass the age verification. but since the ban remains on it, the jumio system cannot work correctly and upload my documents. I sent my documents to the Chaturbate support mail. I believe that you can help. could you please ask support for a manual check. thanks in advance.

If you’re banned you’re banned. You. Not just the account. Find another site. You can make new accounts.
