Just banned from Chaturbate, seems like error

I have been a chaturbate model for over 1 year, and I login 5 to 6 days a week, my model username is giablue20

I went to login this morning to find out my account has been banned, with a notice including "we have a zero tolerance for minors on this site"

I wont post specific personal information here, but I can say I am multiple years above 18, so this isnt even close to being an issue. I wrote support about this but also wanted to write here, because of course this caused me so much confusion and distress, and I want to resolve it quickly. This has been my livelihood and I have no clue why this would happen suddenly

Alright, support resolved it quickly and said it was an erroneous ban, and restored access. I would have just as well deleted the thread to not waste your time but I dont see the option, but I suppose it serves others well to see other peoples experiences. Thanks to the forum for being available and for your time as well
