Learn the rules of Rugby?

After watching this, it is safe to say I still do not understand the rules :lol:

My friend explained american football to me last night! I never even understood it before! The person kicks the ball, and then the timer starts, and they run run run towards their goal, and everyone gets tackled. But if the first team keeps the ball after all the tackling, then they start at a new spot on the field, and run run run towards their goal more, and hopefully they make a score point. But if the timer ends before that then the other team gets the football and they start in the middle again and run in the other direction! And then they do this repeatedly and make points, and then the game pauses while a singer does a sexy dance on the field, and then I suppose they just go back to doing the same thing until they run out of innings.

There was a time when they were all but unbeatable but other nations have caught up since then

I played rugby for 5 years. It was the most fun I've ever had playing a sport. Once you get it, it's easy to understand, but I've pretty much given up on trying to explain it to people. :lol: :lol:

Well, know how big Maoris often get? They're physically the same people as Samoans, and get just as big. New Zealand has lots of them. So yeah, it's kind of an advantage in the same way West African or Jamaican runners tend to dominate in the Olympics.
