Hello, I have a problem, I got a lifetime ban from the stream and no one can explain to me why, and support says we can't give me this information and they won't unban me.

They said you won’t get your account back for any reason, so I’ll lock this thread in order to prevent you from pestering the CB rep further.

But I’ll take a guess that you made your account before you were of legal age, according to your documents. So, chew on that.
