I've been a CB user for years (probably since 2018) and have had a single account since then. I think I've probably spent an unhealthy amount of time and money on tokens during my tenure, lol (likely high $x,xxx)
Reason for this post - I've recently noticed a message upon logging in saying that I've been banned. It says I've violated terms of service, but I'm unsure what has happened. I noticed a small negative token balance (-38 tokens) and I think this might be from a recent gift card token conversion gone wrong. I usually buy tokens with my credit card but I had a spare gift card laying around so I refilled with that, and it seemed fine for a few days until this happened. I don't know what happened and certainly didn't intend to pay with an invalid payment method.
@punker barbie I hope you'd be able to help with this issue, as I've emailed support twice since the ban (12/16/25) and haven't heard back yet. I would be more than happy to fix the negative token balance with a different payment method, assuming that's the reason for my ban.
