Looking for advice about my chaturbate ban

I hope you are doing well. @punker barbie My chaturbate username is sexyy_janey, my account was banned on the 24th of November. The site showed me the reason and it was related to me answering a random question in chat that I didn't realize was against the site rules. I understand the policy now and have already emailed support to ask if there's any possibility to review my case since it was a misunderstanding on my side. I'm currently waiting for a reply. I just want to know if anyone has been in a similar situation and how long does support takes to respond or review cases like this.

@punker barbie could you please help me with this matter? They told me on the site that I engaged in discussion of underage sexual experience which appear to me as a misunderstanding since it was just a random question from a tipper, I sincerely did not know that answering that goes against chaturbate rule. As a model who has never gone against any of the rules, I now fully understand and I'm promising that such kind of mistakes will never be repeated again. Hi @punker barbie my chaturbate account sexyy_janey was banned due to a reason they say that I engaged in underage sexual discussion by answering a tipper's question, I did not do that intentionally and honestly did not know that answering such questions goes against the chaturbate rule. As a model who has never gone against your rules and has always obeyed the site rules, I deeply apologize and promise that such mistakes will never be repeated again. I contacted support but haven't been replied yet, please help me get my account back
