My banned account had the nickname tao_xu.
I would like to understand the reason for the account suspension and get the opportunity to stream again, as well as to be allowed to register a new account using my European documents.
My account was banned after age verification in 2022. I successfully completed the verification using my old Russian documents, and after that I received a permanent ban. I am confident that this was a technical error, because it happened immediately after the new verification in 2022; before that, I had been streaming without any issues.
During that time, I was streaming together with my partner.
At the moment, I have moved to an EU country - France - and I now have new documents. However, when I try to verify a new account, I still receive an automatic ban.
I am ready to provide all necessary identity verification documents upon request.
I believe in the goodwill of the forum administration and the website moderators and hope for a fair resolution of this situation.
