i was on cam last night gave control thru the blue app and then went back to normal cam and all of a sudden it wasnt working... im at a loss at what to do ive updated the extention in google chrome and all... took it off and redownloaded it..... its all showing red.... and now nothing at all the little thing that sits on our screen is now no longer there even, i need help
