We would kindly like to request a new review of our case.
We were banned from the platform following a situation involving accounts that had previously been suspended. In an attempt to resolve the issue and continue working together, a document related to those accounts was submitted, which apparently resulted in the suspension of the account we were using.
We acknowledge that there may have been a violation of the platform's rules. However, there was never any intention to deceive, abuse, or harm the system. Our only goal was to continue working legitimately.
At this point, we would like to use a single account and fully comply with all platform policies and guidelines. If we made any mistakes, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to understand exactly what happened so that we can ensure it never occurs again.
We have tried contacting support but have not yet received a response. Therefore, we respectfully ask that our case be reconsidered. This work is currently our primary source of income, and being given another opportunity would make a significant difference for us.
