Menu issues?

Sooooo! Hi there, I asked about this in the CB updates too.
Almost everything works completely smooth besides the fact that when someone tips for something that's in the menu, it doesn't show up. It just shows that they tipped and how much. I wonder if it's only me dealing with this. I see other people low-rating the app too, and this wasn't an issue until reecently. Time for a new app or is this known?

Sometimes my app doesn't update in real time. It's annoying but I don't think there's much to be done about it other than writing to support.

I mean it's there, it supposedly works, it does spawn every 10 mins as set, it shows correctly too, just.... Nada autoresponse. I know the thing by heart but some people tip JUST for the autoresponse.

You know I find that with my viewers they kind of hate it, which is why the Lush 4 lights are kind of helpful BUT I understand exactly what you're saying.

Fixed it via a workaround, if we can lock this post, I'd be grateful! (same dev made another app that works supposedly)

writing CB support for bug's in app's is not really useful . app's are maintained by users
If you have a problem with an app write it in the comment section or if the app author shared contact information contact him there
And if it's not helping , use an other app
