Hi. Who are you, and who is the she that you’re referring to? Did the model herself send MFC a e-mail? The good news is that MFC actually has a good model support team (in my opinion), and they are not known for just ignoring e-mails and leaving one hanging. So maybe the model will get a response this week. Today is a holiday in the U.S. (Labor Day)
Even if you are a friend of the model’s and/or a moderator in her room, they are only going to discuss the account with the account holder (the model herself).

ChatGPT said they do not respond when a model has been banned. Thats it end of. They did not reply after appeal email sent either. They did thankfully confirm will be paid (standard ban you get paid, a more sever ban chat gpt said they do not pay models and just cut them off - when model is baneed they do NOT reply to any messages and worst thikng to do is keep contacting them and spamming them - you are blacklisted from site forever anyone else reading this get chatGPT for answers). Move on and go to a different site.

Don't rely on ChatGPT it is just making shit up and regurgitating what it learned on Reddit. Yummybrownfox is a much better source of information. Did the model email MFC support herself? They aren't going to respond to you.

Yes they not respond if somebody is banned. My friend was- for not showing face , She didnt do that long, b ut she got once warning and she did that again. She was banned and they never responded again

I would have replied earlier had you clarified that you meant "banned" not just closed an account.
They have no reason to need or want to reply to a model that they've banned. Makes sense she hasn't heard back. Time to move on.

But also wanted say that at first my friend had payment blocked, they didnt payout which they owned her, like 300$ or something, just stopped replying. But after some time, she wrote them email with very "hardcore" tone, including that she will contact lawyer and so on and they paid her those money. So if they banned her , but they own this girl money, they will pay, but she need insist them a bit
