MFC Staff :/

OK so I often check a list of a websites i have, for any recordings of a model I'm close to, so i can report them and give her the links so she can report them to.

I reported a recording around 3 weeks ago, yet i still haven't gotten a reply from MFC staff like i usually do, just saying thanks most of the time.

I then found a second recording at the end of last week, reported it to them and mention recording before as well. Still no reply.

Usually i get a reply just saying thanks, then the next day the recordings are no longer available for download, but i checked today and these recordings are STILL available to download :evil:

** I know that file-hosting sites can get hefty fines for failing to comply with DMCA takedown requests, which makes me think that maybe the MFC Staff didn't even send anything to Upstore about these recordings :/

Was wondering if anyone else is having a similar issue ? or just even having a issue getting a reply from MFC.

Leave it to the model to request the removal from MFC. I've actually been quite pissed off to find that videos of me have been removed from SOMEONE ELSE reporting them. For me (and a handful of like-minded models) it is FREE ADVERTISING on the tube sites, and should only be removed if I personally ask it to.

Just watch your naked chick friends on cam and use MFC for entertainment instead of turning it into a job.

Stop reporting them yourself, leave it up to the model to send it to MFC. MFC is run by normal human people who can be annoyed just as easily as anyone else, they are more likely to care about a DMCA take down email from a model than from a member, as it is clearly not your body that's involved.
A very large chunk of the pirated content out there is automatically re-upped by the pirate when taken down by DMCA... depending on the site it can actually cause MORE issue and recordings to have something taken down than if it was just ignored.

Long story short, let the girls handle their shit and if they want help, send them here so we can help them. If you continue to act as her "white knight" so to speak then you could honestly be doing more harm to her than good.

Some cappers get mad when their stuff is yanked, and start focusing on that model full time. This can mean hacked accounts, and every minute of them online being capped.

The answer is "yes sometimes models who request DMCA don't get a response or it takes a long time for MFC to deal with it"

But the ultimate answer is "it isn't your business to do it in the first place so don't worry about it, and also STAHP doing it."

By now, they're just probably tired of reading your messages, since they're always about take-down requests involving videos you are not in, and they don't even read them.

As has been said, models are adults and can handle their own business, if they're concerned about it.

YO! You've been here long enough to know this by now but if in the process of talking about something we notice that you are actually possibly putting a model at risk or in danger we WILL do everything in our power to bring it to the persons attention to protect our comrads.
You obviously have good intentions but the road to hell is paved with that shit and you would be wise to head our warnings. It's not personal, it's just reality.

An holy moley this is not the problem! It's the whole reason why you posted this thread, in that YOU are sending to info to MFC yourself. If the model cares about her recorded content being out their that much again, please send her here so she can learn from us how to properly deal with it and who to avoid reporting. Pirates who target models that report DMCA out of spite are growing every single day, it's a HUGE problem she should be aware of.
