Missing affiliate payouts after payment-system update — no support response for over two weeks

I’m a Chaturbate affiliate, and my payouts stopped after I completed the new payout setup. I have now missed two consecutive payout periods.

I have contacted all the payments, support and affiliate email addresses and submitted a request through the website’s support form, but I have received no response for over two weeks.

I also contacted Multi Media, whose HR team confirmed that they forwarded my message to customer support.

Could you please help escalate my existing inquiry to the affiliate/payments team and get an update on what is preventing my payouts?
