I’m trying one more time with a fresh thread because I’m desperate for some help and answers.
I have a missing daily payout of $2,942.05 (Wire/SEPA) that was supposedly sent way back on August 19, 2026 (username: laraslife, I don't have a ticket number). The money never reached my account.
Support told me on September 8 that they escalated it to the payment processor, but they have completely ghosted me ever since over a month with zero replies to my follow ups.
Could you please help me get someone to actually check on this ticket or recall the funds back to my balance? Any help or escalation from your side would mean the world to me right now.
