Missing payment MFC

Hi, I recently joined MFC and got my first payment promptly on the 1st but also had an email saying that as I was a business entity they needed extra documents. I am not, nor have I ever been a business. They said they would check into it.

Fast forward to the 15th and this payment I worked my backside off for as it's paying for my kids Christmas. Nothing, I got another email about being a business. I sent the same back saying I wasn't a business and attached a personal bank statement showing them the IBAN and BIC code so they could see it was a personal account. No ow the 18th and still nothing. Nobody is replying, I am terrified

Can anyone advise on beat thing to do to get my money?

I wonder if you did something wrong on your tax docs? I'm sure they'll sort it and you'll get your $$ but it might take a bit to get sorted out. Unfortunately mfc doesn't have a live chat/support line or anything. I'd wait till monday as it's the weekend right now, and hopefully you'll get something. In the meantime see if you can figure out why they have you down as a business - maybe you checked a box on your tax forms or sign up that was incorrect?

I went in and double checked everything and all is correct (that was my first thought aswell, that I had ticked a wrong box) I am UK based so we don't input out tax documents to MFC we do it our end. I am praying for a miracle

hi! did you get your payment in the end? was it all ok? what was the issue? i was supposed to get a payment middle of this month, checked my history and it said "cancelled". i emailed yesterday and they're still saying "we are working with the payment provider to pay you as soon as possible". i'm freaking out too, i've never had this happen to me before on mfc!

I actually didn't get it through masspay! I had to get onto cosmopay and request a payout. It's actually worked in my favour as I can cash out on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday I got zero explanation as to why they suddenly stopped payment going through.
