On October 10, there was an adjustment made to my account because my previous studio was banned. As a result, the funds were placed into my personal account rather than being transferred to the studio.
I added a payout option to my account shortly after, but I did not receive those funds in the payout on October 16 as expected. Could you please look into this issue and let me know when I can expect to receive the payment?
