Missing Payout and Daily Payout Request

Hello! I contacted Chaturbate Support with questions about my missing payout for October 1–15 and the possibility of activating the Request Daily Payout option.

Unfortunately, I have not received answers to these questions. The only response I received was regarding my account reinstatement.

My payout, which was expected by October 22, has still not arrived. Could you please clarify exactly when I will receive my payment?

I would also like to know whether the Request Daily Payout option can be activated on my account. If this option is available to me, I would appreciate your help with activating it.

I would be very grateful for clear answers to both questions and any assistance in resolving this situation.

@veyelless, I think it would be best to keep your follow-up questions in your existing thread rather than opening another one for the same issues.

Your earlier thread already covers the missing payout and your request for Daily Payout activation, and the Chaturbate representative has confirmed that Support responded to ticket #26010334. Since you say you received only the account-reinstatement email, the most useful next step would be to follow up with Support about that specific discrepancy and ask them to verify the status of your payout.

The forum representative can confirm that Support has responded, but that doesn't necessarily mean they can answer every payment question here or activate a payout feature for you.

Keeping everything in one thread makes it easier for everyone to follow what's been asked, what Support has already addressed, and what remains unresolved. Reposting the same questions in new threads is unlikely to get you a clearer answer.
