We went to activate a model account LolaLushme ~18+ months ago.
But .. her current ID was considered an older style and was not accepted, and a new style/form of government ID was required.
Now the new ID has been obtained, we would like to progress with the opening of a model account.
Logging into LolaLushme =

I assume it was timed out and closed/banned/ no longer usable.
Logging into Lola_Lushme (A second account) = this is a user account , not a model account.
How can we best
1. Preferably open up LolaLushme and supply obtained ID etc
or if needed
2. Swap Lola_Lushme to a model account and supply obtained ID etc..
Have emailed, + used the form + applied to swap Lola_Lushme to a model account.
But have had no contact from MFC so far.
