I’m really stuck and need some advice from this awesome community. My model account on MFC has been locked out for a while now, and whenever I try to log in, I get this frustrating "An error has occurred! We were unable to authenticate your account. Contact us for assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience" message. The original email tied to it is gone, and I can’t get it back. I’ve been emailing support@myfreecams.com for over a month, switching up addresses, but it’s like they’ve ghosted me—no replies, not even a confirmation they got my messages!
I even tried sending photos with my documents to verify who I am, but still nothing. It’s starting to feel like the account might be banned or deleted without any notice, and I have no idea why. Has anyone else gone through this? Any tips on how to get MFC support to respond or find out what’s happening with my account?
