I would like some urgent help with my account boobsvibe,
Recently, a former colleague took full control over my account. They changed the passwords, and I have completely lost access to the email address associated with the account. I am the only verified person on this account (my ID and face are the ones registered).
So essentially, I lost access to my Chaturbate account and the email associated with it, and this person now controls my page and my earnings.
I contacted Chaturbate support regarding this issue to freeze my payouts and recover the account, but I had to email them from a different, new email address since I don't have access to the registered one. I explained everything in my email to support, however, I only received automated messages telling me to write from the original email—which I cannot do.
I am very worried that this person will cash out my money or do something bad with my account.
I kindly ask support to help me here, what do I do? If support contacts the registered email, I won't see it, and the person who took my account will.
Please @punker barbie could I send you a DM with the new email I used to contact Chaturbate support so they can see my message, freeze the payouts immediately, and give me a manual response? Please.
PD: I can provide any verification needed (ID, selfie with today's date) to prove I am the true verified owner of the account.
