@Stella_SC I am a fairly new model on stripchat (about 5 weeks) who logged into my already verified and approved model account that has over $1000.00 waiting to be paid out, only to see a notice in the dashboard to re upload my already approved documents once again. I wrote to support many times and they said the live verification failed and I must do this to get my account back.
I really did not understand this as I always stream with my face showing, but uploaded my legal documents again as they asked.
Then I got a message saying a random users name was banned and my documents would not be accepted anymore.
I wrote back to support very confused, as I am a solo model and only ever had a single model account with you.
All support agents have been un able to tell me exactly what the issue is and how to resolve it.
I did nothing wrong, broke no rules, but for some reason your system asked me to re upload already approved documents, and that has now trigged a ban or suspension, and as a result my hard earned $1000.00 to not be paid to me.
